Jobz Hunters respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, Jobz Hunters will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to us, provided such claims relate to material appearing on https://jobzhunters.com.

As an online service provider, we may be entitled to certain protections under the safe-harbour provisions of the DMCA (Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)). To submit a good-faith claim of infringement, please send us a written notice that includes the information described below.

Notice of Infringement — Claim

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and believe that material available on our Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification by providing our designated agent with the following information in writing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the specific URL or location on the Site where the material is located.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Legal Warning

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please do not make false claims.

How to Submit a Notice

Copyright infringement notices and counter-notices should be sent to us by email at hello@jobzhunters.com. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and will make a reasonable effort to notify the party that posted it.

Counter-Notification — Restoration of Material

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Jobz Hunters maintains a policy of removing material and, where appropriate, terminating the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
